Sales Manager

DICE Resource Holdings, LLC is searching for an energetic and high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.

This position would support two very innovative companies in the technology industry. The first is a flourishing telecom company significantly impacting the industry by building its own communication tools. The other is an established security and alarm software company and is one of the top competitors in the industry

A successful hire will direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives, set sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs, and recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. This individual will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. This individual will lead and direct the work of others.


Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Meet planned sales goals
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

Sales Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead a sale team
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
