It’s hard to believe another year is coming to a close. 2017 was a busy year for DICE Corporation with the release of Matrix Monitoring Version 17, new cloud hosting services for alarm dealers, and a redesign to Matrix Fire Inspection. We also attended a record number of events this year, including ASIS, ESX, and ISC West, where we were able to see many of you. Another DICE User Group conference also took place this year, which allowed us to interact with many of our clients provide valuable information and tips about our products and services.
Here’s a look at some of our highlights from the last year.
Matrix Monitoring V17
In May we released the latest version of our award-winning Matrix Monitoring software. New for V17 is the interactive scripting feature, which guides operators with step-by-step scripts detailing the vital information that needs to be collected during an event. DICE’s industry-leading PBX is also built into V17 and works with inbound calls, allowing more procedures to be added to the inbound call management system. DICE is the first and only company to provide connected calls from inbound numbers that are for a subscriber site to the alarms that are active in a central station.Read More
Matrix Fire Inspection
In July we released our completely redesigned Matrix Fire Inspection software, which features a new barcode asset tagging system. Matrix Fire inspection simplifies the entire inspection process and provides more flexibility for technicians and municipalities. This completely mobile system allows users to conduct fire inspections using any mobile device and provides a complete walkthrough that is customizable for each jurisdiction and complies with all NFPA regulations.Read More
Matrix Sales Mapping
This year we added a new sales mapping feature to our popular Matrix Sales Management system. With interactive sales mapping, users are able to record and track current and past customers, view important data and notes, and even view recent home sales and homeowner profiles with online real estate database Zillow.Read More
DICE User Group 2017
Another DICE User Group conference took place in October at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Traverse City, Michigan. With four days of meet and greets, seminars, exhibitor showcases, and more, attendees were able to learn more about DICE products and meet with DICE staff. In his keynote address, Cliff Dice provided a glimpse at the company’s goals for the year ahead, including a commitment to building the best event management software available and releasing an industry-exclusive cloud-based video recording technology (CVR).Read More
